Refund and Return Policy

Cancellations
We understand that orders may need to be canceled. If this applies to your order, please call (336)-485-5332 or email info@legendapc.com prior to your order shipping.

Standard orders can be canceled at any time before shipment. If your order has shipped it cannot be canceled, and the customer will need to receive the item and follow the return policy stated below for the proper situation.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Products
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is damaged or missing note the item on the BOL prior to signing it. If possible, please take pictures of any damaged or defective items to expedite the return process.

Contact us within in 7 business days of receipt at (336)-485-5332 or email us at info@legendapc.com if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Legend APC will assume responsibility for any return shipping charges related to a defective product.

Return Process Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Products

  1. Email info@legendapc.com or call (336)-485-5332.
  2. Provide your name, email address, order number, serial number, and the reason for return in your request. Include any additional documentation such as a BOL or pictures of the issue.
  3. We will review your request and email you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to ship your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. Items shipped back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.
  5. Ship the incorrect, damaged, or defective product back to 2400 Shore Street, Archdale, NC 27263.
  6. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please notify us if you have not received your refund within 7 business days.

Customer Remorse
If you purchased the wrong product, it’s the incorrect size, or you no longer want an item please review the policy below.

Return Period
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. The customer is responsible for paying the original and return shipping costs. Additionally, a restocking fee of 25% applies to returned items.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable Items
Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases
  • Sale Items
  • Gift Cards
